When booked individually, Hayden’s Hideout and The Good Life use their private rear entrances, and the interior doors to the central front hall stay locked.

An Entire Place reservation connects both downstairs apartments with the upstairs bedrooms: the two hall doors are unlocked as part of the whole-house setup, and the central staircase leads upstairs. Follow the exterior entry route and access instructions provided for your particular confirmed reservation.

Find your entrance

For an individual apartment, follow the designated rear-door route. For the Entire Place, follow the host’s whole-house arrival directions; the front hall connects the spaces, but your confirmed instructions specify which exterior door to use. Never share access codes publicly.

Keypad self check-in

All apartments have private keypad entrances. My Stays keeps your arrival guide in one place; entry codes are available to eligible confirmed guests during their check-in window.

Make yourself at home

Plan groceries, find local markets, and review the amenities available in your booked apartment.

Leave with ease

Follow your booked checkout time and final departure directions. Report any maintenance issue before you leave.

Shared laundry

A shared washer and dryer are available in the property common area. Please leave the space tidy and ready for fellow guests.

Fresh drinking water

Purified drinking water is provided to help you feel at home, whether you're here for a weekend or longer stay.

Waste & recycling

Collection is Thursday, and our property team takes care of curbside bins. Please use marked recycling containers where available.

Considerate lawn service

Lawn service is scheduled from 10 AM onward to protect quiet mornings. The day may vary.

Property team hours

Guest support: 9 AM–5 PM, Central Time. Turnover cleaning in neighboring apartments may occur between 10 AM and 7 PM, when scheduled.

Housekeeping requests

Need an extra refresh during a longer stay? Ask Andy through your confirmed reservation’s host messaging channel. Scheduling and any fee require advance confirmation.
