A shipment sent by UPS or another carrier may transfer to USPS for final delivery. USPS may deliver, leave a notice, hold an item for pickup or return an undeliverable package. Check the actual tracking carrier and its latest status.
If tracking says Available for Pickup, follow the USPS notice and bring accepted photo identification. Confirm the applicable pickup location before visiting.

Property team hours
Guest support: 9 AM–5 PM, Central Time. Turnover cleaning in neighboring apartments may occur between 10 AM and 7 PM, when scheduled.
