A whole house, with room to make it yours.
For an Entire Place stay, the front entrance opens into a central hall with a door to each downstairs apartment and the staircase directly ahead leading to the upstairs bedrooms and shower bathroom. Both interior apartment doors are unlocked as part of the whole-house setup, so your group can move between all areas inside one connected home. Each downstairs apartment also has a private rear entrance—normally used for individual stays, when the doors to the front hall remain locked. Follow your confirmed arrival instructions for the designated exterior entrance.

Permanent beds: 2 queen beds (up to 4 people), 1 king bed (typically 2 people), and 2 twin beds (1 each): 8 conventional bed places total. Two full couches may provide additional sleeping flexibility, but they are not advertised as guaranteed sleeper beds. The existing up-to-12 guest figure is subject to the host confirming sofa suitability, bedding, occupancy limits and the full group’s arrangements before payment.

Up to two dogs or cats are welcome at $20 per pet, per night. During an Entire Place reservation, pets must stay exclusively in The Good Life apartment—not in Hayden’s Hideout or any upstairs rooms. Add pets when choosing your dates; no pet approval is required. Legally protected service and assistance animals are handled separately under applicable law.
