Two queen beds downstairs; one king and two twins upstairs. Eight conventional bed places at typical double occupancy. Couch sleeping and a maximum of 12 guests require host confirmation before booking. Sleeping arrangements and additional spaces for larger groups must be confirmed before payment.

Stay together in one connected home. The central front hall has a door to each downstairs apartment, with the staircase leading to the upstairs bedrooms. For Entire Place stays, both interior apartment doors are unlocked as part of the whole-house setup; your host provides the exterior arrival instructions.
Two connected downstairs spaces
Each apartment has its own rear entrance, bathroom and full kitchen. The front-hall doors connect both living areas during whole-house stays. Hayden’s has a queen sleeping area; The Good Life has a separate queen bedroom.
Upstairs: two more bedrooms
A king bedroom and a twin-bedroom with two beds, plus a full shower bath, a tall mini-fridge, and room for luggage and storage.
Two kitchens, one plan
Hayden’s Hideout has an electric stove; The Good Life has a gas stove. Whole-house availability requires coordinated inventory and host-approved terms.
